What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We currently don't charge any shipping fee for the order value above INR 1000/-.
For the orders below INR.1000/- there will be a fixed shipping charge of INR 100/-

How does the delivery process work?

All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed courier services. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is fulfilling your order.

You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.

How long will delivery take?

All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days.

For remote locations, deliveries may take between 10-12 business days. You will find the expected delivery date of your package on the tracking portal of the courier service, once it is shipped.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering, you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day or on the following workday. Orders via pre-payment are sent out on the day we receive the payment.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment is processed.
If you didn’t receive an email, it may have been filtered to your junk or spam folder if you have one, so we recommend that you kindly have a look in the spam folder.
